It's only cooking if it's done in the Cooke region governed by the Earle of Sandwich. Anything else is sparkling food preparation.

Looks amazing! Is it a base for another model? Lol

Very firmly no. Even PCRs are not useful. People can pull out an example of "my friend infected me when her test said X" but that's just coincidence. This has been studied extensively during COVID and there is no reliable correlation between test value and infectivity.

People don't do this because it's not a good idea for almost everyone. If you don't put money down, your monthly payment will be astronomical, and THEN you will have to pay PMI on top of that (which isn't applied to the mortgage OR interest) until you hit 20% paid. That money is thrown away and depending on where you live, it can be close to a rent payment on its own, without the actual mortgage payment. If you can afford a massive mortgage with PMI, you can afford to save a down payment. The only time I would do what you suggest is if my income was way more than rent and I was in a rush to move into a house.

Fannie and Freddie are legit, use them!

I had more or less the same experience. "Terrorists" were the villains in spy movies and they were NEVER in the USA. I thought we were invincible? Get a little older: oh look at the social services and infrastructure that other countries have for free.

It's only tea if it's made from the tea region of the plant. Anything else is sparkling suspension

1600 x 1200 at 60hz is actually quite respectable today. You can still buy laptops with 1366 x 768 resolution in 2024!! 🤢🤮🤢🤮

I remember having a 1440 x 900 monitor and wondering how far we would go in 10 years....10 years later 1366 x 768 was more common and I wanted to die.

Amazing project btw, you might inspire me to do something similar.

I expect a 5000 word wiki article on Banaida and Clementor, chronicling their rise and fall

Am I crazy or is everyone just describing car service? Lots of major cities have private storefronts with a group of drivers and a single person that answers the phones.

The only thing those businesses were ever missing was a good online presence and/or a smartphone app.
