I run multiple games without, but the one game I am in the dm (this is his first time dm'img) uses a screen religiously. Although he tends to forget there is info on the screen for him. I think he only uses it as a barrier between us and him.

I do not use one. I do all my rolls out in the open, and mostly use over sized dice so my group can see them.

As far as rules, the group keeps me on my toes for them. So I just keep my notes in front of me.

I just ran my very experienced in ttrpg but not pathfinder group through the beginner box, and everyone had a blast. Yes it has stuff to help someone who is totally new to ttrpging (pregened character sheets have a colored coded image of the dice and the dice that come in the box match the character sheet.) But my group all made their own characters with no restrictions.

There is a second adventure path that takes place after the beginner box, but it has not been remastered yet, called Troubles in Otari. As soon as our warrior returns from Antarctica we will be starting that path.

I used my battle cards and my pawn box for the first time yesterday. When you use the battle cards, do you put them back laying down in the box?

I anticipated they would stand up like the mail order recipe cards from the days of yore.

And do you put the pawns back into their sheets? Or punch out everything and pile them in the box?

Well that clears things up.

Things appear to be faster already.

Glad a new host was found.

It does seem to be really slow, but hopefully that changes as everything caches and indexes or whatever it does.

Hopefully we will see some smaller stuff in the future. Different shuttlecraft, specific rooms on the different ships.

About to start setting up my winter village in the window at my shop. I picked up the new winter train. Need to find my motor's and start building that. This year I will put down enough track to hopefully have two trains running.
