22 years, been married for ~18 by now... Married twice, to the same woman, first time for the paperwork (that was called a Registered partnership, legally the same as marriage, with a slight difference in the type of "contract"), second time (actual marriage) for the party. Second wedding was 15 years ago

Earlier this year I did a trial run again with a Linux phone and functionality is, at least for me, still too limited for it to be a viable replacement. Tried the JollaPhone with Sailfish for about a month, I really wanted it to work. Gave it up since at some point it simply was costing me a lot of productive time just to keep up with things.

Seems like the worst part is not too bad, all things considered. All you need is half an hour patience with the fizzy drinks ;) Have to say, hate cycling on the cobbles, but love the look of them in the cities! Also, cobbles generally force cars to slow down indeed.

Graphene runs on Google hardware... So deapite getting rid of google, you will unfortunately still have to hand them a load of money.

As far as what device to pick... https://grapheneos.org/faq#device-support

I used to use a pixel 7, recently upgraded to a 9. In the EU on vodafone no issues with anything. Also not when travelling outside of europe.

Extremely simple, but I still do not get why this is not implemented by default. alias open='xdg-open'
