3000 troops of one of the largest army in the world can only mean this is a test to see how the western democracies will react. Once they are sure there will be no reaction, more troops will follow.

Also, this may likely be a strategic move to prevent South Korea from weapons deliveries by putting them in an awkward situation?

Mehr Minibagger und bessere Muffen und Versiegelungsmaterial. Der Rest wird gleich oder zumindest ähnlich sein.

Hier ist mal ein Anschlusskabel für ein paar Häuser kaputt gebaggert worden, und ein Trupp mit ca. 10 Personen und 3 Fahrzeugen plus Bagger hat einen ganzen Tag auf die Reparatur aufgewendet. Aber nicht unter Spannung.

Great that there is now a name to talk about this phenomenon. It plagues me to see that the school system seem to deteriorate from the ideals of the enlightenment to a mere cog-factory measured by expected economic value. Individual teachers can fight against it, but can't have much power when the cause is systemic.
