How does them giving free games have anything to do with their desire for a "monopolistic" market share? Couldn't they just do the same if they wanted any market share?

Yes but they used it as an adjective, not a verb.

I was about task how a person can even work that much forgetting I used to do air traffic control and had very similar hours. Glad I don't have to work like that anymore. Although I'm sure your work is more rewarding.

Dont know about where you're from but when someone says concert they usually mean large production in an arena or other large seating capacity venue. Not something that is held at bars. I'd call something I go to at a bar a "show".

Was really disappointed the more I learned about this. And I'll say it looks awful too, something an 8 year old would design. But, I don't play my playstation nearly as much as I'd like simply because it's not portable like my switch. Maybe this will be the kick I need to play my PS games more and for $200, it's pretty affordable. Might as well give it a try.

Since there's so much content out there, I always have trouble picking something to start watching. One sleepless night I was scrolling through endless netflix trailers anr saw business purposal. I thought "screw it" I'll just start watching it and I was instantly hooked.

I watched the whole series in a couple of days with my wife. We both loved it (although I thought the end was a little weak). But the thing is I've never heard seen any convos about it online. Granted I'm I don't really follow many kdramas groups any longer but still, I figured some people would have talked about it.

Maybe I'm just too late to the discussion? Any other fans out there?

The company I work for is based out of San Diego (I'm from the deep south) and they fly me out there occasionally for work. I also lived there for about a year a little over 10 years ago. Downtown San Diego is somewhat similar to what you mentioned but the rest of it is basically paradise. Granted, I couldn't afford to live there (especially the paradise parts) but none of the stuff you mentioned has been a problem to me as an out-of-towner.

I rented a car so I can't comment on taxis, but I'm willing to bet that's not a California specific thing. In fact, if you've ever been to Seoul or Busan you would probably wish you had a California driver. The nice hotel I stayed at was around $250 a night I believe and it was around some nice shops that I visited for food. Never saw anyone steal anything and don't recall seeing stuff locked up (at least not nearly as much as I do where I'm from in the south).

I went to Pacific beach, didn't see anyone (noticeably) on drugs and ate a wonderful dinner and ran around on the beach at night with some coworkers. We also went to a Padres game (they lost) and had a blast. Parking sucked and was expensive. There were a good bit of homeless people packed downtown and it wasn't nearly as nice as it was 10 years ago. The worst thing about it is it's super expensive and things are really far a part and car centric, but I don't know any place in the US that's not really like that.

However, I absolutely believe every thing you said. I don't doubt any of it. In fact it sound vaguely similar to my experience in San Fransisco many years ago. California is a massive state, like, super duper big. Some parts are better than others but overall I think it's a pretty sweet place if you could afford it. There are definitely places I'd choose to live over California but it wouldn't be too far down the list.

This is pretty dope. I don't envy the position pancake was in though.

The standard version of Netflix comes with the tapeworm. Upgrade to the UHD 4k package for tapeworm free viewing.

I've always been very tempted to read these. I think you just convinced me to give it a go after I finish my current book!

I'm in the exact same place as you! I've bought all the games and I'll buy this too, but it'll probably be a long time before I'll get to it.

The order I played in is kinda goofy. But I started with Persona 5 on Ps4 and got past the first dungeon before my ps4 died.

I gave up on Persona 5 but when smt iii came to the switch I thought I'd give it a try and I fell in love with it. Became a huge smt fan with my favorite probably being IV or then first Devil survivor. Currently playing P4G on my Vita.
