Easy to say, for areas where drinkable water is scarce
You are right. Maybe we should simply give it time.
Speaking of which, I don't anymore. Any volunteer?
Just want to say that I wholeheartedly agree with you.
I see all your movies and I give you Oranus

You're welcome
Not for something that happened, but still a weird explanation :
I tried once to compare in lenght what it feels like to wake up amnesiac and trapped in a Portal like game system, to explain the parallel threads of a GPU, for a technical article at work.
Thank f*ck one of my coworkers kindly told me it was a terrible idea, before making it public to the whole company.
Please educate yourself in order to give a relevant answer https://www.scaleway.com/en/blog/ipfs-the-real-web3-explained/
Hey, thanks for your answer.
blockchain and web3 communities don't have many posts (web3.lemmy.zip is empty)
and web3_xr weirdly is a community about the history of internet, as stated in their description.
I hoped that someone could recommand a more lively community to get started, but I guess we are still very early in the ecosystem of Lemmy.
Thanks for the recommendations anyway!

Random thoughts here:
I am in control of the backup of my data.
I don't have to worry about an instance going off, or a radical change of policy.
I can choose whatever pseudonym I want.
I participate in the decentralization of the network, which feels good after the fiasco of monolithic Reddit.
(Edit) I am also in charge of its content and its user base.
Just google it.
