Spectacle release cycle has moved to that of Plasma and will be installed with Plasma, as a part of Plasma.
It used to be am independent app and on many distros you would install it separately (like on Arch) and its release cycle was that of KDE Gear.
Use KDE Connect:
On your phone, go into wher you keep your files (say, your photo gallery). Select the ones you want to transfer (1). Tap the share button (2), and the devices paired with your phone will show up (3). Tap the computer you want to send your files to and they will show up in the "Downloads" directory of that machine a few seconds later (depending on their size, of course).
It works both ways, also from laptop to phone, and even between phones and computers.
This Week in Plasma brings disableable KWin rules, less confusing flatpak info in Discover, a more comprehensible icon for wireless headphones, and a flurry of other UI improvements and nice new features.

Gwenview, Elisa, Konqueror and KRDC added to the list of adoptable apps
You can use Gwenview to view and do basic edits to images, Elisa is a sleek music player, Konqueror is KDE's classic file and web browser, and KRDC allows you to visit and use remote in a windows of your local desktop.

digKam, KDE's image organiser for amateur and pro photographers, releases version 8.5.0.
This version of @digikam improves the Face Management system, adds colored labels to identify important items, increases its list of supported languages to 61, and fixes over 160 bugs.

To clarify, these are not themes officially supported by KDE.
They are themes submitted by third party creators. We have tested them and seen they are fit to review and recommend (some aren't).
We would recommend contacting the author and give them your feedback.

Some of these apps are quite news and have not made there way into many mainstream distros yet.
... And can provide a way to save *the state* of an application to disk, stopping the app in its tracks and removing it from memory, so that later you can restore it just where you left off.

That is the proposal page. Of all proposals, and there are always quite few, the community votes and selects three to work on for two years. This one was not selected.
