Playing through Bethesda games but taking the main plots seriously completely changes the flow of the games. Right now I’m replaying FNV and actually pursuing Benny like he shot me in the head. I made it to Novac and just said fuck it I know he’s going to the strip, I’m not wasting time with these ghouls in the repconn facility. Going to be interesting seeing how the dialogue shifts when I go back through these earlier level areas after completing much of the main quest

It feels like the critical has been dropped from much of the critical support around here lately (within the past 6 months, not just since federating) and a lot of us have fallen into vulgar campism rather than having sound Marxist analysis. Watching the definition of anti-imperialism degrade into just anything that’s anti-hegemonic is making me want to shoot myself
