The actual colonialism happening in Taiwan is what US has been doing there since WW2.

So the US is still colonizing Taiwan? How did they even "colonize" Taiwan?

Im scared for the countries getting caught in Chinas debt trap. With maintenance contracts being forced (for more than 90 years!), billions in outstanding loans in each country there is no way to climb out the hole. Everyone can see these extravaganza projects are not what Africa needs, but what China wants.

Maybe if your country didn’t ban Huawei, the creators of 5G you wouldn’t think it’s an inferior product

What does a ban on a company has to do with 5G towers? Other companies cant make 5G towers?

Anyone here thinks 5G is overhyped? 4G in my country has the same speed as 5G in China. Seems dumb to upgrade to an inferior product.

Most people here dont even care about 5G when they reach 150mbps on 4G.

It is a good thing. You shouldnt look at total debt, but the service costs of holding such debts. A country with massive debt doesnt pay it, it will refinance it. We figured out about 5 years ago that debt isnt finite for a country. Op is a meme poster with zero clue on how money works.

https://www.imf.org/en/Publications/WP/Issues/2018/04/11/Interest-Growth-Differentials-and-Debt-Limits-in-Advanced-Economies-45794

Its free to read and you can inform yourself on why you shouldn't worry about these things.

Looking at the replies from OP he doesnt really grasp how debt works so I wouldnt listen to his odd takes.
