I've seen tags change in front of my eyes,

I don't understand how that's better in any way? If customers should know how much an item costs, the cost shouldn't change during store hours at all.

In the US, we're using those tags to implement surge pricing. Even if we included tax on the tag, you still don't know how much it costs until you check out, because these tags let companies change the price at will.

It looks like it's curing in the bottle. Having a poor seal, and hot temperature can make it cure faster, but it'll eventually happen to any bottle of unused glue as the solvents evaporate out. Part of it is that plastic bottles are pretty bad at containing solvents in the long run, so glues that come in a metal can or tube will have a longer shelf life, but it might just be easier to buy a smaller amount of glue when you need it.

This is the real reason for using filters, lmao

It's the marketing. I can't really blame people for thinking LLMs can do what they're advertised.

Yeah, and I have a hard time trusting a "de-google" os that requires I buy a phone directly from google. I want to be free from google entirely, and that includes not buying their hardware.

Then there's me, who mods games explicitly so I can hoard unused, but potentially useful items.

Yeah, turns out you can't realize your potential when healthcare is restricted. I was "smart" but "needs to try harder", and you really can't just "try harder" your way out of neurological problems.

Turns out that I've got some white matter hyperintensities my neurologist says is scarring from getting abused as a child, and I have a small tumor in my thalamus. I'm due for another MRI to see if the glioma has grown at all, so fingers crossed my insurance situation doesn't change between then and now, because I can't afford it otherwise.

Not for good, just for now. It's my home instance, so I've been following developments. Lemmy vs Piefed isn't a big deal, my alt is on piefed and it works about the same for the end-user. It still federates like Lemmy does, the major differences are in the backend.

The admins did a post about it here https://lemmy.world/post/30798447

They probably mean stuff like Tylenol2, which is acetaminophen and codeine.
