It looks like he may soon (finally) be heading to serve his sentence. The three-judge panel gave him until May 17, 2024 to petition for an en banc review before the entire US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, but this is unlikely to succeed. The next stop is evidently the Supreme Court, where Chief Justice Roberts will be the ultimate decision maker whether the highest court will hear this case.

The bill passed 320-91. In addition to the bill, GOP Representatives supported the deployment of the National Guard to stop the protests.

Arizona is the fourth state to bring charges against electors who falsely cast votes for Trump in states that President Biden won, along with Michigan, Georgia and Nevada.

New Mexico, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are the states which have yet to indict their fraudulent electors.

It's only affecting some users on some servers at some times of the day. I've noticed it since the update on the 8th or 9th. Seemingly completely arbitrary.

It may be the case that he intended to vote against certification, but only after the riots did he vote to certify. I can't find a vote from him to decertify, but if you can I'll throw him up there.

I know that this information is years old, but as the GOP attempts to pick their new nominee for Speaker of the House, I find it important to note that most of their potential candidates are ones who objected to the 2020 Presidential results in one or both of Arizona and Pennsylvania.

Jordan says House will hold next speaker vote at noon ET Thursday

House Republican supporters of a resolution to temporarily empower interim Speaker Patrick McHenry are working to maximize GOP votes and educate members about the effort. Florida Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart, a chief Republican opponent of Jim Jordan’s speakership bid, said on Wednesday that the speaker designee would lose a “bigger chunk” of GOP floor votes on a third ballot. The 11-term South Florida congressman said he would “never” back Jordan for speaker.
