I used to be active on one of my country's most popular forums, if ranked by daily visits. Self-help Q&A style. Apart from me, there were pretty much only three users contributing about 90% of the content. One of them being the only mod. It took me years to figure out, from the timing and the writing style of the posts, that this mod also poses nearly all of the questions and gives all of the first answers too, using a new single-use sock puppet each time.
At the start of this year, it devolved into plain attention whoring and it was really sad, so I left.

And let's not forget that lies are a lot cheaper to create and spread than the truth. They even propagate themselves, or rather, people will do it for you, in their free time, expecting nothing in return. They'll spin and develop them further and further, just like that. It must totally make sense for any top capitalist to harness this free energy.

Wanna feel even more depressed? Nearly ¼ of the 21^st^ century is already over.

Yeah, it would be so much better if everybody was just upfront about it during anamnesis:

Sorry to play devil's advocate here, and I don't mind if I get a million downvotes, but the causes are well-understood and have been for a while. It's easy to dismiss AfD voters as a bunch of uneducated, disruptive rubes while failing to see how much employment in Eastern Germany is different from the one in the West. If you have a university degree, you'll up and leave first chance you get because wages are so much higher in the West. Else, you'll try to survive for decades on a string of one-year contract-low-skill-jobs somewhere out in the woods, as this is completely normalized in the East. The influence, even the very existence of labor unions and works committees is greatly diminished, too, compared to the West. Inflation and rent hikes hit just the same or worse, though. Towns and cities are getting depopulated big time, especially de-womanized. People in the East feel left behind by common-run big-city politicians, and AfD has been filling this gap very systematically and effectively.

That Absolute, see also here, is something nefarious, possibly used for industrial espionage. My company is a client and using one of its IP addresses, I could see documentation that was quite concerning. In the background, it checks all of your files for anything that looks like a password, a social security number or a credit card number, then uploads these files to some server to protect them... What's really weird is that I cannot access the same information from an outside IP address, but here's a review, corroborating parts of it. Make of it what you will!

Wieder dieser Mythos vom "Fachkräftemangel", mit dem rechte Politiker seit 30 Jahren hausieren gehen. Und genau so lange meldet sich auf 90% aller Stellenausschreibungen, egal was und bei welchem Unternehmen, innerhalb von zwei Wochen der ideale Kandidat. Und schon viel länger gibt es Bullshit-Jobs, in denen ganze Abteilungen Däumchen drehen. Gesprochen aus meiner Erfahrung als Bewerber, Einstellender, Exfreund einer Personalerin und Arbeitnehmer auch in leitenden Positionen.
Die 10% Stellen, die nicht ganz so schnell besetzt werden können, bestehen aus 1%, für die mindestens ein Master erforderlich ist, die aber auf dem plattesten Land ausgeschrieben werden, und 9% mit unterirdischer Bezahlung.

I live in a very direct culture, but that does not mean we're being impolite towards each other. I work with a lot of immigrants from cultures which do not separate these two concepts, however, and when you tell them to be more direct, or if they are not getting anywhere by merely hinting at what they need, they quickly switch to:

• frowning
• shouting, or talking very loud
• using very short sentences, as if they were ordering people around
• being borderline insulting

And that is not acceptable in any society. I was absolutely miffed by this many times until I understood that they don't actually know communication which is both direct AND polite because they didn't grow up with it.

Reißt euch mal mehr am Riemen, dann können wir es morgen wieder mit China aufnehmen. Nee, der Zug ist abgefahren. Wenning paradiert seine geistige Eindimensionalität und sonst nichts mit seinen vorgestrigen Rezepten. Die richtigen Antworten wären, für den Anfang:

• verweise das überfressene mittlere Management in seine Schranken
• stampfe Bullshit-Jobs ein
• führe zum Ausgleich flächendeckend die 32-Stunden-Woche ein
• und wenn die Motivation dann immer noch steigerbar sein sollte, dann wandle deinen Betrieb in eine Coop um.
