It makes sense as they want to emphacise an American company is late in their home market where they can charge more per shot.

It means authorized decision. The decision can be a punishment.

Basically it boils down to three main methods:

  1. Planting plnts in between that deter pests like leeches (also onion, garlic) and herbs etc.
  2. Using herbal infusions from plants like burn7ng nettle or those containing mustard oil.
  3. Attracting pest predators. This goes all the way from buying eggs of vertibrates (careful to not introduce invasive species) to just making your garden bird and bat friendly.

Feminist of not?

Yes even parity co-determination as a former coal business.

We have peak worker's rights but no fighting spirit. People take everything for granted while being constantly bombarded by corporate media about how bad the economy is.

Really the problem is participation especially among the young and the highly educated. Which is a bleak perspective for the upcoming decades, when boomers retire. Times when being in the union was an expected social obligation are definetly over.

Well I'm in Germany FYI. 60% is not so great considering the union needs a majority support to negotiate with the company. We're barely above the limit.

[-] Sualtam@lemmus.org 3 points 2 days ago

We have a problem with low levels of union memberships (60%) but the company is too big and dispersed to know everybody and the main demographic of unorganized people (researchers) works in different parts from the organized crafts and administration.
