Also worth crediting him on the infrastructure deal. This piece of legislation had a lot of needed stuff in it.
For instance
Money to replace lead service pipes
Money for bridges, etc
A HUGE sorely needed investment in public transportation including passenger rail
Various green initiatives (ev charger network, solar and power efficiency incentives)
Etc.

It has been a really long time since the federal government has delivered anything (besides tax cuts that lean towards the wealthy) so it's a big deal that this was pushed through.

Scammers have duped consumers out of more than $1 billion by exploiting Walmart’s lax security. The company has resisted taking responsibility while breaking promises to regulators and skimping on training.

The state could be the last stand for Republicans who don't want Donald Trump to be their nominee again. There likely won't be another opportunity with such a moderate Republican electorate.

In Washington and other states, independent redistricting commissions have fallen prey to partisanship, just like the legislative bodies they were meant to replace.

I, for one, would like to see more water-based everything. Especially motion pictures. For instance, a movie about that swimming guy, what was his name? Aquatic Man was it?

The link to the source of the data was broken and I didn't search around but I was curious how they defined inherited. To be in this class, did they have to inherit a billion dollars? A million? Come from upper middle class? If close to 30 percent are inheriting upwards of a billion, that is a lot.

And look at Russia, yikes! Shows a deep corruption. How that country doesn't devolve into a Venezuela/Liberia/take-your-pick, I do not know

That's a good point. My first read I thought maybe it wasn't entirely black and white, maybe he had a reason (however unethical his reaction was). But you are right, he was probably on the list for good reason, and his actions show that he probably belongs on it.

I declined to vote Democrat for almost the entire Clinton/Obama era instead opting for 3rd party candidates. Trump was too repugnant to not vote against. I begrudgingly voted Dem, however, I have been okay with Biden overall. The Democrats have stopped ignoring blue collar folks (though not always) after being taken for granted by the Clinton/Obama wing. Maybe I am moderating in old age, and I am surprised by this, but Biden has not been a bad president.

Interesting, I had no idea, fluffy contrails look so innocuous. Makes me wonder, is there any post-industrial human activity that isn't disaster?

Interesting that credit unions are playing a role here. I assumed credit unions were the consumer friendly side of banking, I guess nothing is ever as black and white as we would like.
