In response to the reporters’ filing on Elon Musk’s security clearance details, the network received an email that read, “Good luck with that, they just fired the whole privacy team.” Musk’s security clearance has been a hot topic in the media as his DOGE team has gained access to sensitive data across the federal government.

Takeshi plays some of it like a regular Ventures song and gives some of it a very Japanese twist.

It's nice that they're so polite.

He would say, "the power is yours!" Then he would fly away. Where did he go? Is there like a PlanetCave he just hangs out in and crochets until all the rings get used?

Almost certainly not news to any British people, but it was news to me and I think that's really cool.

I couldn't even imagine something like that in the U.S.

State senator Kevin Sparks called the district’s Bible ban “misguided” in a 19 December post on Instagram. “The Bible is not educationally unsuitable, sexually explicit, or pervasively vulgar, making its removal legally and morally indefensible. At a time when students seek guidance, the Bible provides a vital moral framework.”

Someone hasn't read it.

I believe the appropriate thing to say to Elon here is, "go fuck yourself."

I once knew a homeopath who tried to kill himself.

He took a massive underdose.

Good. Fuck you and fuck off. The fact that you lost to a queer person is just icing on the cake.

Don't call yourself a Democrat and be blatantly anti-trans. Of course you're going to lose, you moron.

We've turned into a nation of cowards. Just completely craven people who shoot first and ask questions later because the news has made them terrified that they'll be murdered in their beds, despite violent crime being historically low, comparatively speaking.

“When it was my child, it just flipped a switch,” says Farr, who is suing the Platte County School District on Kansas City’s outskirts. “And it was like a wake-up.”

I'm really happy for his daughter to have the support of her father like this, but it disgusts me that people like him don't understand bigotry until it happens to someone they care about. And there are so many millions like him who will never encounter it happening to anyone they care about.

Associate Supreme Court Justice annual salary: $285,400

So if he turns it down, he either really likes being a judge (he doesn't act like it) or he's got a financial incentive beyond his salary to stay.

And I'm guessing he'll turn it down.

You watch. They will only take his congressional seat from his cold, dead hands. He would have to be a drooling vegetable.

Anyway, if Democrats won't get rid of Feinstein, Republicans sure as hell won't get rid of McConnell.
