Isn't it because most of their renewable energy sources are produced by themselves, and is cheap as fuck compared to build a new coal plant. Easier to quickly scale solar and wind, rather than building burning plants? = no need of any labelled and beaurocratic "green budgets" Anymore. Because renewables already IS the prefered energy source. (because of price per MwH)

I find it hillarious People has turned to a populist billionaire to "save their country" all around the world. Wasn't the point of a democratic process not, to reduce the power of the elite to benefit the People? (reduce power to the rich/government) what do you find so attractive in billionaires Saying what you wanna hear, just to, in the end, reduce taxes of the 1% (their friends and doners)?
I find it really "eye opening" to watch a "small" country like Ukraine, just demolish a huge behemoth almost all on their own. Yes they got support from USA, that helped them survive a lot of the first invasion wave, where russia wasn't prepared for the resistance they were getting do to bad serveilance reportings, of the russian KGP. But after a lot of the help they are getting from their allies, they have been innovating and forcing themselves out of this.
This is the modern version of David and Goliath. Ukraine has revolutionized modern warfare completely.

It's just very destructive for a democracy, not accepting there is 30% of your People with another vision than your own.
It's like in germany. The parties keep trying to silence AFD but what they actually are doing is just making them more popular, because AfD can then say: "Look, where is the democracy and voices of the People, the government doesn't care about your voices."
