Episode did a great job illustrating how all Jews aren't to blame for Israel and how Israel's genocide is making Jews around the world less safe, but doesn't make the key point that the issue is with Israel/Zionism and if Netanyahoo went away tomorrow Israel would still be a genocidal, colonial apartheid state. Overall I'd give it a generous B- just for throwing cold water on a lot of the antisemetic narratives surrounding this genocide.

Support to these workers striking - Mark Carney promised he wouldn't do austerity like Pollievre and hes blatantly breaking that promise with funding cuts for Canada Post. If there's a crisis at Canada Post its because they need to be funded, not have working hours cut in the name of austerity.

+972 Magazine (an Israeli anti-genocide publication) and Drop Site News actually were the first ones to break the story.

OP if you haven't had it, you've got to try Indomie. It's like ramen noodles but so tasty and savoury.

The EU is America's servile little lapdog, its no surprise they would take notes from Trump on this. Especially when it comes to persecuting migrants to feed the cultural war, so that they don't have to talk about how they're about to do more austerity and health service cuts. The war machine demands more human sacrifices to keep running!

He was pro-genocide when Biden was doing it, then quietly pivoted to being anti-genocide when the genocide fell into Trump's hands. He's an unprincipled piece of shit who only cares about making Team Blue look good.

Smuggling moon rocks back to Earth to be sold on the black market is also pretty lucrative iirc.

I'm sorry but where's the actual evidence that China is this "threat to democracy"? The articles you posted say that the government says that but the government has yet to supply hard evidence of Chinese interference in elections outside of some bot activity on social media. If troll comments on Facebook comment sections is the bar for "threat to democracy" then the bar is so low it's practically worthless.

Oof, thats insane that he did that and is still allowed to publish. As long as it says "China bad" its fit to print, I guess.

While I agree that the Soviet Union took too long to enter the fight against a clearly genocidal, expansionist and fascist regime in Japan, going to war with them isn't something to be taken lightly or done on the drop of a hat. ESPECIALLY when you're already losing millions fighting another genocidal, expansionist and fascist regime in Europe! I'd drag my feet, too!

Indeed, one of the most ironic things about the "Buy Canadian" movement is that the only way we know how to resist fascism is through consumption of differently branded products.

That doesn't stop me from buying Canadian of course, but it shows how few options neoliberalism gives us to protect our sovereignty.

/e/os can be installed on devices that can be purchased on the secondhand market for under $100. This is the opposite of "privacy only for the rich".
