The dollar store velcro is very low quality and only sown together with a few strings and keeps ripping

Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Target, Harbor Freight are your online/big box/retail chain options. Otherwise, check our your local hardware store or craft store, as others have mentioned.

Hobby/craft or fabric stores usually have more heavy duty velcro. Also maybe a home hardware/home depot style store.
