where the fuck are the physical assault charges?!
when a civilian is charged, they throw the fucking book at them. dozens of charges.... this guy beats the shit out of multiple people and not one assault charge?!
Laws don't apply to cops.
These are federal charges. The local prosecutors probably declined to charge him for assault after the Sheriff's department cleared him of all wrong doing.
There are cases where assault is a federal crime but unfortunately he will get off the hook for these crimes if the locals let him slide, which they usually do for cops.
If this guys wants to punch people so badly, he should have become a professional boxer. Of course then, he'd be getting punched back.
I’m curious to see what happens when “cop attacking innocent person” collides with innocent person’s “stand your ground” gun laws if they’re fearing for their life.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.
