I have been on hrt for over a year now, recently had my dose raised and I admit I feel sleepier than I used to be.

Went the opposite way here. Went from "maybe up by lunch" before I started to 7 am sharp. Sleep so much better now

Taking progesterone? You can take it at night.

I was for awhile, then got my levels checked and noticed I had zero detectable T (like, way below the target female range). Dropped my spiro dose down and that’s helped.

Also adding progesterone seems to have helped my energy levels a ton. And since going on that I remember dreams every single night which is pretty cool : )

I had kind of the opposite effect -- when I first switched to injections I was getting super-sleepy at the end of every 7 day cycle.

After talking to my doctor we switched to taking it every 5 days and it's been way better since then! So in my case upping the dose made me less sleepy.
