Agreed. Except fuck his Republican successor more.
Good except a republican will replace him. He served to keep Dems in the majority but nothing more.

Sounds like he's probably gearing up for a 2024 Presidential run with No Labels. Doubt he has a chance, but he'll sap plenty of Biden voters. 
And now it has triggered speculation that he might instead launch a bid for the White House.
