I have tried both boost and connect, with both of these kind of working. Connect has been my favorite but it continues to be, glitchy unfortunately. Boost is great but it's hide red feature doesn't seem to work well.

Are there any other lemmy apps on Android with this feature, or anything similar to try out?

Voyager

You can also configure the gestures, so you can swipe posts away to hide them.

Voyager is actually really nice so far. I kinda wish it was more customizable like Boost, but cant win everything unfortunately.

The hide feature seems to actually work and it's stable, so i will keep an eye on Voyager.

Sync is easily the best app IMO. If you didn't know it's a former reddit app that has years of development and a ton of features and settings. It's one of the best apps ever IMO, looks great and is a joy to use once you've figured out what settings fit your needs. I can write a list of settings that I use if you want?

Summit, my favorite app, has it!

Trying out Summit has actually been really nice.

I said in my post i love connect but it's been so glitchy for me and often crashes. I'd honestly prefer to use boost if the hide frature actually worked.

Eternity! I loved Infinity for Reddit, and this is a fork of that.

I haven't used it much, but Eternity has a "hide read posts" option.
