Ha ha, yeah, I have a knack for hiking to places that are supposed to have amazing views on days like that. Hurricane Ridge:
I recognize the disappointment, but foggy days like such are the best - not too hot and empty trails.
oh man, i feel this spiritually. recently went on what started out as a hike with promising weather, only for it to turn sour in the last hour towards the peak. ah well, at least it's exercise. and there's always next time
