The U.S. really need a party whipping system closer to that of the UK; the current system lets candidates drastically switch platforms after being elected without any short-term consequences.

How does one stumble across townflex? A 'global news, breaking news, entertainment news, financial insights, music review, and lyrics breakdown' company based out of Ghana with a single employee.
This "reporter" has no existence that I can find outside of this website. No photo, but she does have a green checkmark beside her name on her reporter profile page though. Townflex verified, I guess.
There's very little chance that this site isn't AI regurgitation of real reporting.

Why would this be a threat? He already votes Republican on things that matter.
Him swapping his "D" for an "R" is no material difference unless there's something I'm unaware of.
If the midterm results are a 51-49 Democratic majority in the Senate, Fetterman switching parties would keep Republicans in charge.
Fetterman currently polls at around 17% approval with democrats, but around 80% with republicans. And Pennsylvania went red in the last election. If he sticks with the democrat party, he has basically zero chance of getting elected.
All of this is to say… He’s going to change parties regardless of what the party stance is. And good riddance. Dude is a DINO
