I wish I could find these 200k starter homes.
I can tell you where they are, but you won't like the build quality.
They also won't be built suited for the region and you'd better be bringing a large chunk of cash with you and be either wfh or be ready to commute 100 miles a day because you won't be making enough to afford their monthly costs relying on local employment
Ohio
Louisiana
Missouri
You know... The places most people don't want to live, and where the median household income is ~≤60k
Idk I think all those places want to kill me.
😂 yeah no argument there
Worse, they're mostly culturally bereft
Still I personally chose to live in these regions over playing the losing games required to live in what most people consider better areas
Idk man I’m just chilling and putting as much of my spare cash into foreign assets as I can and waiting for the crash, because it’s probably the only chance I’ll ever have of owning a fucking apartment or condo or house or whatever
How are you putting into foreign assets? Any bundles like s&p I should consider?
You can pick ETFs that are targeted on foreign assets in particular fields, or non-US companies that are traded in US markets. Or you can get stuff in actual foreign markets if you wish, as well as opening foreign currency denominated accounts. There are a number of ways to do it.
Do note that I am not a financial advisor.
