Ah yes, the two genders:

  • Chocolate
  • Vanilla

We as a large shake corporation will only sell you in June and will pretend you dont exist the other 11 months.

[-] MintyFresh@lemmy.world 10 points 1 week ago

I wonder what happens if you eat both at once?

[-] terranoid@lemmy.cafe 11 points 1 week ago

They have a strike team for that

big ender shake
makes you teleport 500 meters

[-] adarza@lemmy.ca 9 points 1 week ago

the amounts of vitamins and minerals added are slightly different between 'genders', even between same flavours, of this grossly-overpriced 'weight loss shake'.

You'll have your identity stolen from you, ground up, dehydrated, pulverized, and sold back to you on a big box store shelf.

why do people pay out the ass for food that would literally be used to show how dystopian a space civilization is?
like, the fact that there's an actual real company called "soylent" makes me want to eat nothing but home-grown vegetables for the rest of my life.

[-] commie@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 6 hours ago

I like soylent, and according to the guy who named it, in the book it's just a miracle food, not people.

[-] djsoren19 3 points 1 week ago

I don't pay out the ass for it, would certainly never buy this overpriced garbage, but I've ended up eating a lot of "space food" because I have pretty bad digestion issues and it's some of the only food I can eat that satisfies my daily nutritional requirements and does not hurt me after.

no idea why healthy people would do it tho, it generally sucks.

But… I thought society taught that women are more into chocolate! 🤯

[-] Dojan@pawb.social 4 points 1 week ago

When you want vanilla but your shake needs a penis.

[-] Baguette 4 points 1 week ago

Thats pretty expensive for protein, 35 usd for 15 servings is pretty small

Normal amount is usually around 25 to 30 servings for that price point

[-] cheat700000007@lemmy.world 6 points 1 week ago

Yeah but this one has marketing

[-] BillMurray@lemmy.ca 3 points 1 week ago

Vanilla whey protein shakes blow chocolate out of the water.

[-] FunStuffIsFun@eviltoast.org 3 points 1 week ago

Hard disagree. To me, a vanilla protein shake is just boring sweet milk.

56 grams per meal doesn't seem particularly filling
