Justice Ruckus.

Justice Ruckus.

Bro. I'm fucking DYING at this. Gonna rewatch the MLK episode of Boondocks and shit my pants laughing at uncle SCOTUS.
Uncle Tom mfer is the blackest white supremacist in the US.
Clayton Bigsby is proud of Uncle Clarence
It’s time to reduce Thomas’ vote on the SCOTUS to 3/5ths.
The funny thing is, given the aims he's working towards, that's basically where it's all going anyway
How can a man in his position be so wrong about every goddamn issue?
Epstein class and nazi bribery. Can't you see the cuckoldry in his eyes, they grabbed em by the greed. What's he gonna do now, give up his ill gotten gains and admit he's a sockpuppet proxy for evil assholes.
Never known a sellout to change their ways. It's just one of those lines you cross and never see again
The issue is, while you and I would spend money on a lawyer to attempt to get a favorable outcome in court, someone with a lot of money will spend it on a motorhome for the judge deciding the case.
The guy that put his pubes on a can of coke and then gave it to one of his interns?
Justice Thomas is evil he had his newphew falsely imprisoned at hidden lake academy one of troubled teen programs and this one of old school programs based on synanon methods. bbc link
Clarence ‘I Got Mine’ Thomas
Clarence "an rv is price enough to destroy America" Thomas
The only appropriate use of the n-word. Dude needs a good old fashioned lynching to be reminded of where he's bringing us back to.
Only half joking. But he somewhat deserves it. He's cheering on the return of Jim Crow.
As yes, because racial violence is okay when it's "ironic" or something... I'm all for curb stomping racists of all flavors, but cmon dude no need to go all Klansman.
DJ Trump IS Jim Crow!
Donald Jim-Crow Trump.
Ne'er-do-well?
eh, idk about that...but he's definitely an uncle tom
After attending the Supreme Court hearing earlier this year, Trump falsely claimed in a Truth Social post that the U.S. is “the only Country in the World STUPID enough to allow ‘Birthright’ Citizenship!”
This is such a stupid and easily disproved take. I've had relatives claim to me that the US is the only country with birthright citizenship. It's very common in the Americas.
And even if it wasn't, and the US was the only country with birthright citizenship, isn't that our choice as a nation? Do we have to do what other countries do? If we're going to do that, can we start with universal healthcare and then revisit birthright citizenship after, say, better protections for unions, guaranteed parental leave, guaranteed vacation time, unlimited sick time, higher taxes on the wealthy, abolition of at-will employment, and about 100 other policies the US is the only wealthy nation either not to have or to have a legal framework against?
There are 35 countries that provide citizenship unconditionally to anyone born within their national borders.
I didn't realize that there was no constitutional right to birthright citizenship before the Civil War. TIL
Apparently, every state had its own laws and standards about who was a citizen, although there were a few congressional acts that established a basic framework.
It seems wild to me that we started a whole country and we didn't even figure out who was a member of it.
Keep in mind that the US was originally structured more like the EU. We spent about a century slowly shifting from a collection of nation states in an alliance to one big nation state.
American law continues to be built on "oh we forgot to make that a law" and "oh we didn't think that would matter".
Who is this "we"? I'm an American. None of my ancestors were there when white people claimed this land theirs.
"We" is used in a lot of ways. We, as a nation; we, as a civilization; we, as a species. The Royal "we."
Weird of you to assume I meant "we as a race." I'm not even white.
Are Native Americans included in your 'we'? Are Black Americans like included in your 'we'? Are Mexican Americans included in your 'we'? Who is the 'we' in 'we started a whole country and we didn’t even figure out who was a member of it'
Here's how I would phrase it: I think the rich, elitist, racist slave-owning Europeans who wrote the constitution and declaration of independence are idiots and shouldn't be making nations, because they couldn't seem to figure their shit out.
See the difference? Your sentence creates an 'us' that everyone who calls themself American have to align with if they call themselves American. I take no ownership of the choices the people who 'started this country'. When they wanted to 'start' this country, they, of course, had no idea what they were doing. They were idiots.
You sound exhausting. Have you ever tried not being quite so insufferable?
Don't care. Downvote and move on.
The difference between what you are saying and what the other person is saying is that you take no responsibility for anything, saying everything bad is because of someone else. The other person is including themselves, even though they never voted on shit 200 years ago, as part of the problem. You're like one of those people who complain about who is President and what stupid things Congress is doing... but you were too lazy or too apathetic to actually vote.
By your idiotic definition, nobody alive today is "we."
👍
Uncle Tom bitchass. I hope he crashes his god awful motorhome
“How can it be that black people are free?”
As spoken by the one judge who could care less…
Wake me up when they literally rip him in half.
