I’m curious why out the user? I suppose if it’s a super pro Russian user, it makes sense to throw him to the wolves. But if you don’t burn him, you might get more info from him?

He's one of the most important military bloggers in the Russia.

The Russian military could never function without getting the huge amount of donations they get from the common folk. And Fighterbomber is one of the most efficient tools for that. If they can get Fighterbomber thrown to the front, the Russian military will have less resources to play with, and the war will end sooner.

He is also one of the people who has been demanding for the Russia to use more violence against Ukrainians, being angry that Putin "is being too kind towards Ukrainians"(!)
That means, he absolutely deserves all the shit that possibly can land on his face.

When you say donations, do you mean financial donations from common people? Like the Russian military is basically a charity?

Yes, although the donations are usually rather material than financial. In the Russians military the soldiers must buy the bulk of their own ammo with their own money, and most of the food, vehicles and fuel come from private donors.

It's not charity Russia is being back armies that had soliders that could afford to go to war like knights. Chivalry is alive and well in Russia /s.

Those are typically already confirmed. In any case, I don't think it was really his info that made the strike possible. But it's great propaganda for Kiev and massively pisses off not only the Kremlin, but also this guy's followers.
