Ha, if only their owners, Microsoft, hadn't shoehorned slop features into its operating system and software! They can't openly place responsibility for the situation further up the corporate chain of command, so it's framed like the users doing something wrong.

This sounds a bit like Sony Music getting upset at users for ripping CDs on Sony-produced optic drives available in most computers at the time.
