I haven't seen it yet but i'm waiting until I have a 4k tv to watch blade runner for the first time
I got the 4k Criterion Collection of Citizen Kane (it was on sale at the time and only like $5 more than the blu-ray version).
I'd never seen the film before that, so I don't really have a comparison, but it looks incredible
And if anyone who hasn't seen it is wondering: yes, the movie is really fucking good.
Lawrence of Arabia looks amazing in 4k.
Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.
More accurate colors, and they fixed the longstanding issue with the bluray 1080p release where the frame wasn’t cropped correctly, which made it so you couldn’t see certain things you were supposed to see, and saw other things you weren’t, like empty parts of sets or camera shadows, things like that.

Moana slaps in 4K HDR.
Also it's just a good movie.
For me it's nature and animal shows only, everything else is fine in HD.
Top of my list: Sunshine by Danny Boyle. I was blown away by the images of the sun on regular HD back when it came out. Still have to rewatch it in 4K.
I still remember my first 1080p experience and that was amazing. Unfortunately it was Silent Hill (2006)! But Planet Earth (BBC) was soon afterwards. It was a good time to be a media consumer. 4K, whilst great and I love it, never had as much "wow" factor as the transition from DVD to BD, at least not for me.
Tree of Life, and The Green Knight. But for The Green Knight it's only because I didn't do my due dilligence and bought a 4K copy thinking it was a 1080p blu-ray.
