Post? Not too often. Reply or comment almost daily.
I've been here for a while without having ever posted yet. But I do comment and upvote.
Came here to say this, so I'll just updoot and comment on yours instead. 👍
I rarely have anything worth creating a post for, but I'm consistently commenting.
Well, there's me, my alts and you
Me checking in
Nobody on the internet other than you is real its all bots and government agents.
Idk im a bot and a government agent
It's just me and my alts, honestly.
To be fair I don't really post on Reddit either. Just comments.
I had a account on reddit since... 2008 or 09, until about a year ago. I think I made 10-15 posts and almost all of them were asking for help with a specific problem in a niche subreddit.
Every day? How many people post to lemmy every day? It's gotta be zero, right? No-one's dumb enough to post daily.
What about that guy who posts a game screenshot every day
There's a couple of us who post daily or near-daily to !gothindustrial@lemmy.world. Also people who post to comic strip communities like !garfield@lemmy.world.
Every day Mon-Fri while I'm stuck at work. I have better things to do on weekends than use social media. Unless Trump dies on a weekend. I'll hop on then to celebrate with everyone else.
I post sometimes especially when I’m using cannabis. This is more relaxed than Reddit where they will tar and feather you if you don’t follow their rules.
I don't think I've missed a day for at least 2.5 years.

Currently, there's about 1 post by a unique human per minute in my feed.
So using wild ballpark approximations, that's 1000 posters daily.
Let's double it, because not all communities show up in my feed.
Then half it again because this is a relatively active time of day.
1000 is my final answer.
So, assuming that 1000 posts comes from less than 1000 people, and that other people post occasionally, let's guess that somewhere less than 1000 people do 90 % of the posting. That's not a high percentage of users.
I already filtered for non-unique posters, and 1 per minute would be 1440. I also have an extensive blocklist. So it could be in the range between 1000 and 2000.
Ah. That makes the odds better. Still, you have a very small portion of active users doing most of the posting.
By the time I find news or anything worthy of posting, it's already up here. I do comment a few times a day though.
FediDB says there's 966885 active users on the fediverse in general, with 47.8K being Lemmy users.
Though this is usually measured as monthly active users iirc, so not exactly accurate to the daily you requested.
You can also get the value of any given instance's monthly active users by checking their nodeinfo endpoint. Here's the one for your instance. But again, that's monthly, not daily.
Keep in mind these stats include people who only upvote and never comment or post.
Somewhere between 12 and 12!
I'm almost daily, I usually take a break on the weekend though.
Im not curious enough to post a question..
And i dont like sharing many photos etc
