tried our mini waffle maker today and its so easy it feels like I'm cheating lol. came out great and was a nice breakfast before the girlfriends shift started :)
I fucken love waffles. Homemade waffles are the best you can put whatever you want in them. Diner waffles are great because they're always big and fresh and come with those scoops of butter and you didn't have to do any of the cooking yourself. Eggos are great because you can just pop them in the toaster and munch on them as you walk to work or school - no butter or syrup needed.

its a cheap little waffle press that I got from my grandmother, they sell them at Walmart I think
I recently got an induction hot plate thingy, and have been pondering a cast iron (necessary for the induction) waffle maker. I'm gluten free dietarily, and feel like it would be nice to have waffles, lol, but I keep going back and forth about it. hee hee.
