How about actual legal action, suing just means you get money
Suing doesn't mean you get money, it means you open a complaint and request judgement. Sometimes the judgement results in someone getting money, but not always. If you read the article, you'd see they are suing in order to compel the administration to comply with 11 FOIA requests.
The DNC said the court must now enforce FOIA requirements “to ensure that the American people obtain timely knowledge of potential threats to free and fair elections and to enable the DNC to take appropriate action to ensure voting rights are protected.”
