Christianity was not invented by medieval men, the middle ages were from about 400 CE to 1400 CE. It was invented roughly 2000 years ago in the first century CE. Unless he means the "God" mentioned in the meme was invented by medieval men, in which case he's off by an additional 2000ish years.
