Based on what little I know of this, myself only being versed in Bird Law, doesn't the IRS enjoy sovereign immunity as a governmental entity? They can just declare that they do not agree to being sued.
Yeah, but they're an executive agency, so Trump can just fire anyone who says no, until they get to someone who will agree to let the lawsuit proceed.

The Democrats have been given permission, again, to move further right. The Whitehouse, as boring a building as it is, currently has a massive hole in the side and it garden was paved over. Billions of dollars have been wasted, thrown straight in the fire.
No, it’s time you admit that you can’t just vote the current evil out of office and have everything be fine. Even a win against the right will only be the first step in a very long fight to get on track.
The precedents set in the courts are done. The trading relationships are over. It takes a long time to establish trade and apparently very little time to destroy it. The dollar is done for. The pollution can't be unpolluted from EPA policy rollbacks. You could go on and on.
You can mitigate some of the damage, but that stuff isn't reversible.
