Steam Frame is expected to come out sometime early this year; might hold off for a bit to see how it compares if that's of interest to you.

i was going to get the quest 3 for christmas but when the steam frame was announced i was so hyped that i made a deal with my mum that i can get it for my birthday if i give up getting anything for christmas.
so many people are glazing the steam frame to make it way more than it actually is. also its hella expensive.

No price announced yet. But it'll definitely be more expensive than a quest 3.
I thought it was going to be 500£ but some estimate it will go up to 800
Meta is spyware garbage. Their entire business model is privacy invasion.
I gather they're also turning attention away from VR/XR and laying staff off in that domain
if I cared about that then I wouldn't have gotten a quest would I?
I don't think anything will beat the Quest 3 in value anytime soon
Quest 4 is rumored to release in 2027. I mean if you want to wait you can but the quest 3 is a fine headset with real sharp looking images
