Republican supermajority in Montana passes unconstitutional law. Hey Montanans - if they can pass an unconstitutional law that you like, because it hurts the people you want to hurt, they can pass an unconstitutional law that you don't like, because you are someone it hurts.

Stop voting for fascists.

Republican supermajority in Montana passes unconstitutional law.

Which attracts lawsuits that taxpayer dollars are wasted to defend -- the very same taxpayer dollars that Republicans claim to be such responsible stewards of.

One thing I feel like is right wingers almost never win in court unless the judge is a trumper, there cases totally ignore facts and logic.

That’s why they’re trying so hard to take over the court system, and why the Supreme Court has started ignoring precedent in recent years.

"trumper; there," maybe.

The judge also rejected the idea that parents are being “pressured” to obtain care, stating that there is no evidence that such is occurring.

One thing Trumpers have in common is their inability to grasp a key fact: ignorant, hateful, fear-mongering editorials do not count as “evidence”.
