What are some positive aspects about your plurality? Mine is the sheer joy some alters feel when they finally get to front. I get to feel some of that joy and it's so uplifting.

We like each other for the most part.

Each of us interacts with others in different ways, which can make social cohesion easier.

We keep ourselves safe.

Knowing that someone always has your back is a nice, comfortable feeling. V and I know that we're here to stay, and that we'll always be kind to each other!

For me it's mostly the internal conversations, which are both inspiring and a way to keep impulses in check.

Plurality

This is a community for those who identify as, or are questioning if they may be, plural. No matter what kind of, or the source of their plurality all are part of the plurality umbrella and are more than welcome here! We also encourage those who are curious about plurality and want to learn more about it, as well as those who are questioning.

TLDR for community rules

  1. Follow lemmy.blahaj.zone general rules: no personal attacks, no insults, no doxing etc.
  2. All plural identities are valid; do not dispute the validity of anyone or anymany.
  3. Don’t pressure those who are questioning; let them decide whether they’re plural or not.
  4. We are not therapists or professionals; this community is not a substitute for professional help > (though we understand being careful with 'professionals' as they are often not kind to us plural folks).
  5. Be mindful of what you post here; put trigger warning in the post title for negative and/or triggering contents.
  6. All rules apply regardless of who or what is using an account; as with real life, each member of a plural group is responsible for the entire group.
  7. Do not insist any stop using a term they prefer to refer to themselves.
