According to teh internetz it's related to Dark Brandon and about liberals getting a little spicy. I opine differently.
Since woke is about awareness of systemic oppression in society, to me, it follows dark woke is about awareness that societal systemic oppression is witting, deliberate and malicious.
”Woke" is AAVE.
"Dark Woke" is what happens when White people appropriate AAVE.
