3.5 GW what? Per day? Per year? Over the lifetime of the factory?
Few articles seem to mention it, but:
an annual production capacity of 3.5 GW.

It is just power, not energy. Letting it run for an hour would result in 3.5 GWh.
Why did they build it in a state with so much exposure to climate disasters? The South is going to stop being a liveable place within our lifetime.
University of Louisiana has a big solar research facility.
