This is an obtuse/intentionally opaque way for him to say he believes orangeboi effectively has the powers of a monarch - that is, the maximal and most thorough and pervasive interpretation of the “imperial presidency”.

Another less obtuse way to explain what wish.com Goebbels is saying: orangeboi is a dictator, and inherently has dictatorial powers.

Yeah, you can tell he's never been punched in the face before. For many people it just takes one to realize you want to avoid doing something to cause it again. Hell, my first hit to the face was in full boxing protective gear but that was enough for me.
