Even when I used to think more highly of my own country, I still thought most CBP guys are dickheads. Still do.
They are given way too much power over non-citizens and somehow that goes to their heads, making them think they are better than fellow humans.

Same same. I went from living in the US 3 months of every year for various jobs to now where I won't even fly over. I love our american friends, but their leadership (and lack of pushback against the same) have made it a non-starter for even visiting.

I've never met a CBP official that was polite, efficient or professional. It looks like they are scraping the bottom of the barrel to find these people.

People sure do lose their minds when folks are crusing in the left lane. It even creates international incidents with unhinged border guards.

I regularly yell shit like this at New York plates blocking the traffic on the 401. I wouldn't want left lane hogging morons in my country so I don't fault them for feeling the same way.

I wonder if this started because the Canadian driver was going the speed limit in the left lane? If you're in the left lane and someone comes right up behind you, move over to the right lane and let them pass.

Obviously all 17 passengers in the car were chanting in Latin making the car levitate a bit off the ground.
That isn't an offence as such but it's extremely offensive as it burns less fuel & produces less heroin greenhouse gases, and releases less tire microplastics.

I'm an American driver that goes to speed limit almost always, I might occasionally go a few miles over to pass, if somebody is going under the speed limit I might pass them in the left lane, and the people that want to go faster can fuck all the way off, if I am passing I'm allowed to use that whether I am speeding or not.
I think people are just dumb about speeding, most not even having anywhere to be just giving into their base instinct because they have no self control. And in doing so making themselves vulnerable to the authorities and their tax farming.
A lot of Europe has that codified in laws to various degrees (and possible fees).
Is this the case in USA too?
