This is a great sign. When they changed the war department to defense department, its primary mission went from defense to war. Now maybe it can go back.

Most of what the department of the defense does is defense and security.

I'd suggest moving the coast guard and national guard, DHS, FBI to department of defense. Department of War/Offense that includes CIA/State department/NSA/Mind control propaganda is good. The $1T+ budget of department of offense represents $10k/year per tax filing household, and it becomes an obvious, even in "I like money" idiocracy state, that people could vote for a $10k annual dividend instead of paying for the department of offense.
