Pre-meds I quite literally did not know what relaxing was supposed to feel like.

I once asked a girlfriend who was staring into the void what she was thinking about, and she replied "nothing", so I asked again, and she said "really, nothing". Literally blew my mind.
I don't think I've ever not thought about something.
This is what I mean when I say "nothing" to that question. I am sad pigeon with static brain.
If I'm lucky, something will come along to distract me long enough so that I forget I'm uncomfortable.
