I've had a pair of Shokz Openrun Pro for a few months and they've consistently had an issue where the sound becomes muffled and distorted when sweaty/wet. Is this normal for other people who've used them? Should I get them repaired under warranty?

Thanks for any insight.

I’ve been using mine for about a year now. Mine are working fine even when there is a little sweat on them. See if you can get them replaced under warranty.

I've had that issue when the Bluetooth connection isn't established properly for some reason. A restart always fixed it for me

I don't have the pros but have not had the issue with regular run. Do you know if you might be a better fit for the small size? They suggest a measurement which can be taken. The design requires good contact with your bones I could see if they were slightly too large having issues.

I have the pros and have not seen that issue even when doing 2-hour runs where I sweat a lot.
