I'm a fan of the Palladium games, much more of the universes than the system, especially Rifts, after the bomb & TMNT, and beyond the supernatural
If I could find players for them I'd be running three or four games. Sadly I only have players for one, currently playing Rifts, but switching over to turtles once the Kickstarter new versions arrive
RIFTS has a certain "Je ne sais quoi" that you really can't get in other games, even Savage RIFTS doesn't do it. It's this horror game masquerading as a power fantasy where the mechanics are as hard to handle as the in game tech but with the right GM it's a masterpiece of high powered insanity.

I played a lot of robotech back in the day, but never bought the books or ran a game
The updates are polishing the old rules. It's not a significant change, just clears up where they were ambiguous
