This should never have been allowed to happen,” Miller said on the social platform X. “America was founded as a Christian nation, and I believe our government should reflect that truth, not drift further from it. May God have mercy!”

So as long as it is a Christian priest (or whatever they’re called) delivering a prayer, it’s A-OK. Got it.

How about removing such antiquated thinking from our legislative bodies? Probably can’t do that though, as it would discriminate against Rep. Mary Miller’s sincerely held beliefs. 🙄
