I've nearly given up on starting new things. I've left so many things unfinished I feel guilty starting new things knowing they will become clutter or wasted time

I feel this so strongly

For me, it's the, "I should continue to build progress from what I started yesterday, but instead I'll waste today"

So, it's harder for me to keep the ball rolling rather than get it rolling in the first place.
