What defines a foreign made movie. If the movie has CGI, then it most likely has had a portion of the work done over seas.

Same with most animation, as well. Typically, American cartoons will only be storyboarded/keyframed in the US, while an overseas studio handles the other 95%.

Parents: This will kill Paw Patrol, or Bluey, or whatever it is your kids are watching these days.

Depends. Judging by the articles I've read on the subject they'd be exempt due to being TV shows and not movies. But who knows with Trump?
