Made a focus stack of some stick I found while on a walk, I guess my lens was a bit dirty so the dirty spot got repeated a few times since it was hand held

Yeah mastodon works better from my testing, I don't really know how to use mastodon but you can see more comments back and forth

Basically you take multiple pictures moving the camera a bit so the focus moves. With macro lenses the focus area is so small so you use software to combined all the pictures together
